At Authorcelerate, we’re committed to your publishing success, and we back that with integrity, transparency, and performance.

We understand that investing in your publishing journey is a big decision. That’s why we offer a performance-based refund policy for our Done-for-You (DFY) clients and a fairness-first approach to our Mentorship Program.

Done-for-You (DFY)

We believe in results, not just promises. Our Done-for-You publishing service comes with a 6-month performance guarantee, starting after your books go live and ads begin running, typically from Month 3.

Refund Eligibility

If, after 6 months of your ad campaigns running (Month 3–9 of the program):

  • You’ve committed to and maintained the required $100–$300/month ad spend consistently,
  • You’ve kept your ad campaigns active without intentional pauses,
  • You’ve followed all recommendations and submitted required approvals on time,
  • And you’re still not generating at least $500/month in royalties, then:

You’ll be eligible for a full refund of your $4,000 DFY investment, OR you may choose to let our team continue managing your publishing until it becomes profitable, at no additional cost.

We’re here to win with you, not walk away when it gets hard.

Note: If a refund is granted, all rights and access to your KDP account and all books created by Authorcelerate will be transferred to Authorcelerate. This ensures fair protection for the extensive work, resources, and time our team invested in building your publishing business.

Mentorship Program

Our Mentorship Program is a live, interactive, hands-on publishing experience that gives you direct access to our instructors, resources, and strategies. Because of the digital and time-based nature of the program:

We do not offer refunds on Mentorship once:

  • The program has begun
  • Course materials have been accessed
  • You’ve attended a live session or joined the WhatsApp group

This ensures the value of the program remains protected for all participants.

Need to pause?

If you enroll but are unable to attend due to a valid reason, we offer a one-time deferral to a future cohort, no extra cost, no penalty.
